Brain dumps are something I wish I knew about sooner and something I really want to utilize more. Everyone does a good brain dump differently, but let me explain my version for the average person...
A brain dump is you writing (or typing) thoughts that come into your head as they come.
It ends up looking and sounding like a bunch of mumbo-jumbo that makes no sense to anyone but yourself. On average, we have between 50,000 to 70,000 thoughts per day. Our heads are constantly being filled with chaos and half of these thoughts never leave our lips. They get trapped in the cage we call our skull and tend to make us feel overwhelmed!
