The Law of Attraction (LoA) is definitely not a new theory. The principals of this theory actually date back to the days of the ancient Egyptians. The Law of Attraction focuses on the idea that like attracts like.
Your thoughts affect the way the universe reacts to you.
If you think positively, positive things will come your way. If you cloud your mind with negativity, then it's safe to say that a negative reaction is on it's way.
Think about when you wake up in the morning and one thing goes wrong. You then jinx your whole day by telling yourself, "It's just going to be one of those days." Because you're putting that thought into the universe, you're manifesting all kinds of negativity to come your way throughout the day.
This is the Law of Attraction in full effect. Your thoughts are attracting similar reactions from the universe. If you would've just taken it as one mishap and rode on with your day, you would've been totally fine!
Using the Law of Attraction to manifest positivity
Now to the good part - how the heck do I use LoA to better my life??
It's actually pretty simple. Focus on what you want from life! That's it.
Your daily positive thoughts will greatly better your life.
What do you want from the universe? Be specific. Do you want more money? A better job? A puppy? Don't be afraid to be a little selfish in this. This is all about creating your life and attracting what makes you the most happy.
If you're having trouble visualizing exactly what it is that you want, write it down. Sometimes seeing it in it's crystal clear glory right in front of you really helps you see what it is that you want from this practice.
Next step is to take positive action towards these desires. The Law of Attraction is not an effortless process. It's pretty rare that you'll get exactly what you want while sitting on your coach being miserable. Get up and take action! Take care of yourself and take smalls steps towards what you're looking for. The rewards will come if you're active.
When it comes to the LoA, you want to keep your thoughts positive. Don't let negativity flood your mind. There's no room for that crap here! Positive thoughts = a positive life. Obviously everyone has negative thoughts that come and go. Maybe you need to try to understand why you're having those negative thoughts. I wrote a post about the importance of questioning yourself. Once you understand the root of the negativity, your mind will be cleared to focus on positivity. Have faith in yourself and the universe. Trust that you deserve what is coming your way.

Using mantras to manifest
If you're not feeling creative enough to make a whole story for your dream life, try using simple mantras.
For those who don't know, a mantra is a simple phrase that really packs a punch. It's everything you want in one sentence. I've curated some mantras below if you're more into that method of utilizing the Law of Attraction.
I live a wealthy life.
It is easy for me to make money.
I feel like a million dollars.
I have a beautiful family.
My family is full of love and happiness.
I love my abundant family.
I am completely happy with my life.
I have never been this happy.
I deserve this happiness.
Self love Mantras:
I am beautiful.
I am in love with myself.
I believe in myself.
Although I said the word "want" a lot in this post, you don't necessarily want to use that in your manifestations. Manifestations and the Law of Attraction are all about talking and thinking like you already have what it is that you desire. You need to feel the way you would feel if you were already abundant in what you want. Use present tense words or phrases. Picture exactly how your life would be if you already had these things.

Manifestations aren't like wishes. It's better to share them and speak them loud and clear. Put that energy into the universe and watch what it can do for you!
